Incredible service from the front desk staff.

The bathroom was very outdated with water pouring from the sink.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Leicester. The staff were friendly, with great service. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety. Room decor needs updating, but we still had a pleasant trip. My daughter's smile at the pool made it all worthwhile.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with spacious facilities including an indoor swimming pool and quick access to nearby cafés for a relaxing coffee break.

the room was clean and the tv was good, kids loved the pool. breakfast was nice with a good variety. staff was super friendly and helpful, especially during check-in.

but there were stains on the carpet and the shower was cold, which was a letdown. also had noise issues from other guests slamming doors.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, I had a wonderful stay thanks to the very quiet atmosphere that allowed for a restful night and enjoyed the delicious salmon dish from the menu, while also appreciating the convenience of choosing light snacks and coffee at the nearby café.

I had a lovely stay where the spacious room was perfect for my family, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the fresh scrambled eggs and variety of options. The afternoon tea with Prosecco was also a delightful treat, really impressive value and the cakes were to die for! I'd definitely come back again!

The double room had comfy beds and useful amenities like a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and free toiletries. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were awesome for relaxing. Breakfast included a range of delicious options, such as scrambled eggs and pastries. Really enjoyed the fitness center too!

Family with children find some fun, but not without downsides

We had dinner on Friday which was good and they served me the breakfast option, avocado and poached eggs while everyone else ate off the main dinner menu. Breakfast was excellent.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly staff. They helped me print tickets on my first stay, which was memorable. I recommend trying the breakfast. I'll be returning for Easter!
